Outreach Co-Director

Dear Association Director,

Welcome! We hope you are excited to learn more about the NDCA. The National Dance Coaches Association has formed partnerships with multiple state and national dance coaches groups, and we look forward to collaborating with your state organization.

Do you want to improve the dance team experience for coaches and student athletes in your state? A state association for coaches can benefit both coaches and dancers in many ways. There is power in bringing coaches together to work toward common goals benefitting student athletes. Primarily, because state associations represent almost all teams in their state, they can have a strong voice useful in developing positive working relationships with the state athletic and activities associations. They consistently educate and advocate for member coaches by outlining clear rules and policies to govern dance, including judging. If you believe that your state could benefit from developing your state association or in forming a new state association, the NDCA would be happy to help you with that process!

The NDCA has so much to offer your organization and we have many association leaders ready to connect with you. Our goal is to elevate every dance coaches association across the country through national networking and sharing resources.

We cannot wait for the opportunity to collaborate with you.

Sincerely,

Sue Putra and Julie Jacobson
